1 Double Room with own bathroom available

Hi,

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Oldfield Wharf just off Chapel Street, 15 minute walk into town. Move in date 30th of July.

The apartment complex is brand new with a king size bed and built in wardrobe in the bedroom. You’ll also have your own bathroom. The apartment has a gym, concierge, co-working space, resident’s lounge, Juliette balcony and outdoor courtyard all included in the price. Bills should come up to less than £200 a month.

I’m moving from my current flat to this side of town to be closer to my new job but have lived with flatmates over the last 3 years. I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, where we can be respectful of each others schedules(wouldn’t want the flat to be too noisy on a weekday after 10pm because of work etc). I’d love to find someone I can be friends with as welI, who’d be down for a chat in the living room and the occasional activity. have a bit more about me in my ad including my hobbies and interests so feel free to check that out too :)
