✨ Spacious Double Room in Luxury Building

💕The room is a really spacious double with loads of natural light, amazing views of the city and a private en-suite with both a bath and shower. It’s super clean and a bit of a blank canvas, so you can make it your own. The landlord is also really helpful and happy for you to put up shelves, pictures, etc. it also has two wardrobes

The flat is on the 10th floor and has a great balcony with city views.

One of the best things about living here is the building itself – there’s a heated swimming pool, spa with a sauna and steam room, gym with free fitness classes, free Pilates and yoga classes, a cinema room, pool table, co-working spaces, communal lounges and a roof terrace. There are also loads of nice spots around the building if you’re into taking photos.

The location is ideal too – it’s nice and quiet but still only a 10–15 minute walk into Deansgate and the city centre. There are great transport links nearby and a retail park within walking distance, so everything is really convenient.

A bit about me…💕

I’m a bubbly, friendly and chilled person who loves socialising but also enjoys my own downtime. I spend a lot of my time at the gym, doing Pilates, travelling, going to house music events, and catching up with friends over food and drinks. Definitely a bit of a girly girl!

I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but not a clean freak or a nagger. I’d love to find someone I genuinely get on with and who is looking for a home rather than just a room. I don’t expect us to be best friends, but it would be nice not to live like complete strangers either.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone easy-going, reliable and ready to commit, as the tenancy renews at the end of August. No time wasters please! The move in date can be earlier if needed and referencing passes checks but cannot be later than the end of august x
