My current flatmate is moving abroad, so her room will be available from 22nd August.

📍 Double room with en-suite available in Local Crescent, Chapel Street, Salford.

The apartment is in a great location – around a 25-minute walk into the city centre, with excellent bus routes right outside the building. The development also has fantastic amenities including a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, all of which are well maintained.

Council Tax Band C (currently around £200 per month).

I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly, considerate, and tidy, and who enjoys a good balance of socialising and having their own downtime.

About me:

I’m 24 and work in tech sales. I enjoy going to gigs, exploring Manchester, trying new places to eat and drink, and keeping busy with whatever’s going on in the city. I’m easy-going, sociable, and always happy to have a chat, but I also value a chilled home where everyone can do their own thing.
