Hello, I am subletting my room in Salford. The move-in date is flexible, potentially from 13 July or 1 August for one month, possibly longer.
It is in a two-bedroom ground floor flat in Salford, close to Media city. The flat has a lot of natural light and is quite spacious.

You’d be sharing with my flatmate Justine so meeting her prior to moving-in (during viewing) and making sure you get along is key. In the flat, there is 1 living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen which are all shared. You’d be able to use all the utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen. I will remove my stuff from my room so you have space to keep your things.

The flat is in a complex with a locked gate so it is safe and quiet at night. There is a big Lidl and Tesco 10 min walk away from the house and few off-licence opposite the house including a few take-out places.
