Beautiful room available near Manchester city centre through academic year (September - July) Would be great for a mature student. The other room is currently occupied by a 25 professional female. The flat is on the 8th floor that is currently being refurbished. We have recently had new windows, new sprinkler systems, and a brand new roof put onto the building. The balcony has also just been refurbished. The scaffolding is in the process of being taken down currently!
We are looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and easy going woman to take over the tenancy whilst I am away in London for 10 months. The flat is so lovely and it's only a short walk from the city. Send us a message if you're interested and we can meet up at the flat to show you around and meet us.
