It’s a cosy duplex flat with a balcony that faces the sun 🌞

The bedroom advertised is the bigger bedroom of the two and is on the first floor. The flat also has x1 toilet on the bottom floor and and x1 bathroom on the 1st floor so we effectively have one each to ourselves.

The flat is currently furnished with a mixture of furniture provided by the landlord and my current flatmates furniture. The agency have said they can either provide the rest of the furniture for the new tenant unless they are bringing their own furniture.

I’m 27 and work in the public sector. Currently do x1 WFH day a week, rest of the time I’m in the office. I enjoy going to the gym, going out for drinks/food, watching series, reading etc so love a mixture of everything! Also tidy and respectful, would love to get on/be friends with the person I’m living with 🥰
