Tenancy takeover 1 bedroom available

I am moving out on the 31st of August and I’m looking for someone to take over my room once the tenancy renews. My current flatmate is staying for the renewal.

This apartment building is great. It has a gym which is open to all residents and a spa which you can sign up for access. There is underground parking which you can enquire about at reception. There is also a carpark directly outside which I believe is £150 a month.

The property itself is an absolute bargain. It’s a stone throw away from the centre of Manchester but still feels slightly outside the city hustle. The view is great and the windows allow for plenty of light and ventilation.
The property comes with a big kitchen and reasonable living space. There is a LG smart television and sofas to wind down.

The bedroom comes fully furnished and also comes with a smart LG television. There is a double wardrobe and plenty of storage space with the extra drawers. There is also a heater for the cooler days and a full sized mirror. There is a desk aswell which is perfect for working from home or getting ready.
