I’m moving out of my flat in August and looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. The flat is located in Salford and has great transport links to the city center. You will share the flat with my current flatmate who is amazing and easy going.
The room comes with a bathroom and the flat is very spacious. You will share the living room which has the kitchen area in it.
It has great transport links to Manchester City centre using the bus.
You will be great for this flat if you are clean and organised. My current flatmate is happy to hangout from time to time.
Bills including council tax can go anywhere from £200 - £250 depending on the time of the year.
