Hey, I’m looking for someone to replace my current housemate as she is moving abroad. The house has a really cool layout and I absolutely love living here. We are located right beside Salford shopping centre and have access to tram stop, buses, Aldi, Tesco, Lidl and PureGym all within five mins walking distance. Only a 15 minute bus journey to Manchester city centre too.
The type of person I want to live with is fun and easy going, I would love to meet a new friend and really get along with the person I’m living with. But I also value my alone time just someone who is compatible to live with. Things I like doing are going out, gym and cooking. I’m open to having a dog in the house too.

Rent is 600 bills are roughly £105 on top and the deposit is £700. You would have to pass referencing via landlord
