3 rooms available in a friendly house in Salford

Room 1

My 3 housemates are moving out so all three rooms are up for grabs! (this is a coincidence I swear they don't just hate me) It's a really nice house with loads of character and super cheap, 20-30 mins away from city centre and a nice lil cute garden. I'm looking for people I can really get along with and who'd be up for going out and doing stuff together - drinks, movie nights, walks, gigs and that kinda stuff:) I'm into music, climbing, hiking, woodwork (you get a free handyman for the house), anything artsy and creative and going out for a drink. Looking for people with similar interests or who are just generally easy to get along with. I'm a young professional (hate that phrase) so ideally other people like that but basically anyone friendly and easy going:)

Room 1: ground floor
Room 2: first floor
Room 3: top floor
All rooms have the same rent

Might have a bit of wiggle room on the move in date so message if you'd need it slightly earlier/later.
