Looking for a replacement tenant urgently!

My friend and I are looking for a replacement tenant after our third housemate decided to back out last minute.
All the deposits have been paid for!! You will just need to pay the rent once the tenancy starts!
A little about us:
- we are two female biomedical science students at university of Salford, going into our third year
- We’re friendly, tidy and we enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment, but we also enjoy hosting get togethers with our friends occasionally
- We have a lovely cat named Venus, so you will need to be okay with having pets around!


We’re looking for another student (strictly female please) who’s considerate and happy to share a clean house.
The house is in a very convenient location. The university of Salford is only a 5 minute walk away and there is a Lidl nearby as well as multiple corner shops and even a post office on the opposite side of the road. There are also loads of transport links including a train station by the university (Oxford Road is only a 5 minute train ride away) and multiple bus stops.
We are also LGBT friendly!
