Double Room - Short Walk into Central Manchester

Hi! I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to take the second double room in my 2-bed apartment, right on the river 20 minute walk into central Manchester.

The Room
You’d be taking the second double bedroom, which comes ready and furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Shared Spaces
The kitchen is well equipped part of the opened planned large and bright dinning-living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge; look directly out over the river and the trees, making it an incredibly peaceful place to relax, despite the location to town. There is also a clean, modern shared bathroom with a proper bathtub.

About me
I am a 26 year-old professional. I tend to work from the office during the week, so the flat is usually pretty quiet during the day. On the weekends, I like to stay active with running/cycling/hiking , so I tend to be out and about quite a bit then too! When I am around, I like to keep the place clean and tidy, and enjoy a chilled, relaxed vibe at home.
