Double Room, 1 Regent Road

I’m looking for a flatmate to replace my previous flatmate as he’s moving in with his partner. Move in date on 6th October 2026. It comes with exclusive access to the main bathroom (bath and shower), with a balcony with a great view of Deansgate and open plan kitchen/living room. There’s a washer/dryer and full-sized kitchen appliances. The building has a garden mezzanine, overlooking Manchester Ship Canal, 24hr concierge and is situated really close to Castlefield and Deansgate areas (5min walk) and a 10 minute walk to central Manchester. Cornbrook tram stop is a 12 minute walk, and there’s a retail park with JD gym, Sainsbury’s, TK MAXX and Boots across the road, with KFC and Mcdonald’s located just behind.

I am 25 and work full time, I like my own spaces to relax and nerd out, i enjoy cooking but also love a pub or a few beers with the tv on and a takeaway. All i ask is for a clean and likeminded person, but i am open to exchanging numbers to help find the right person.

Bills are roughly ~£115 each for water, energy and wifi, and council tax is Band C (£86 each). There’s a dedicated parking space in the underground garage, but it’s subject to charge, rent is £675.

The new tenant will be subject to referencing, must have an annual income of 30x their rent share, or provide guarantors. Deposit is going to be maximum of £778.50 and will be rearranged between the new and old tenant.
