I’m a working professional and currently work from home three days a week and from the office two days a week. I like to go to the gym or sometimes just chill at home.

Tenant requirements

As the tenancy is managed by a letting agency, all applicants must pass the reference checks. Please note the following requirements:

* Applicants with CCJs, insolvency, IVAs or DSS income will not be considered.
* A good UK credit history is required.
* Applicants must have an annual income of at least 3 times their share of the monthly rent. If this requirement is not met, a UK-based guarantor with an annual income of at least 3 times the monthly rent share will be required.
* If the reference checks are unsuccessful, the application cannot proceed.
* Your full name, phone number, email address, occupation and estimated annual salary when applying.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of August, and the agency will need to complete the referencing process approximately 1/2 weeks before the move-in date, so early applications are appreciated.
