Friendly professional (software engineer, late 20s) looking for one lodger to share my two-bedroom flat in Chimney Pot Park.

Furnished single room; bed, wardrobe and desk. You'd share the kitchen, bathroom and living room, all furnished. Washing machine.

£550 per month covers everything: council tax, energy, gas, water and broadband. One payment, no bill splitting, no surprises in winter. Four weeks' deposit for long term.

Parking available for an extra £75/month if you need it.

Location: 2 mins to Lidl, 5 to Tesco Extra and Aldi, 5 to PureGym and the leisure centre, 2 mins to the bus stop, 10 mins to the train. 0.9 miles to MediaCity, 1.4 miles to Manchester city centre.

About me: I work from home most days but I'm out plenty (I travel a lot). Quiet, clean, easy-going; happy to be sociable, equally happy to leave you to it.

Looking for: a working professional or postgrad who's clean and considerate. Employment and previous-landlord references required, plus the standard right-to-rent check.
