Hi,
I'm Matthew a live-in-landlord in Walkden / Worsley (M28 3WQ). The house has impressive grounded, unusually surrounded by green space on a quiet cul-de-sac with lake to the rear.
I'll be in the process of selling over the next year, though this is likely to take a minimum of 12 months. The house is recently renovated but any issues I'll be hands-on ready to resolve.
