Roommate wanted – Local Crescent, Salford 🤍

My friend is moving out in October, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over her place and move into the apartment with me.

It’s a spacious, fully furnished 2-bed apartment in Local Crescent, Salford, and you’d have your own double bedroom and private en-suite bathroom. The apartment has a large open-plan kitchen/living space and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Ideally looking for a female or gay male housemate aged around 26–40. I’d love someone clean, tidy and easy-going who I can actually get along with and make the flat feel like a home, rather than just living completely separately.

Rent is £700 each per month, and with council tax, Wi-Fi, water, electricity etc. it works out at around £1,000 each per month in total, depending on usage.

There’s free street parking nearby, or a car park at the end of the road for around £5 per day.

A little about me: I’m Chloe, 28, and work as a dental nurse. I also have a small lash & brow business on the side, which I’ll occasionally do from my room. It isn’t super busy, and if it does get busier I’ll move into a salon/rent a space rather than having lots of clients coming to the apartment.

I’m pretty chilled and love the gym/Pilates, walks, matcha and coffee dates, going out for food and having cosy nights in. I also like the odd night out, so it would be nice to live with someone on a similar wavelength who I could potentially become friends with too.
