The rest of the flat features a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area with high-quality appliances.

During the week, I keep things relatively quiet and structured due to work, but I’m always down for a casual chat, a gym session, or a drink. I'm looking for a fellow professional who treats the flat with respect and keeps the shared spaces clean.

Financials & Move-in Details:

Rent: £687 per calendar month
Bills: Council tax is £96/month.
Water, electricity, and broadband are split 50/50.

Move-in Date: The room is available immediately for viewings, with the ongoing official contract and first full rent payment beginning November 1st. You will take over my current flatmate tenancy.

Deposit: The building operates on a Reposit scheme, which means instead of a massive 5-week deposit, you only pay a non-refundable £175 registration fee upfront.

Important Requirements:

Because this is a professionally managed building, Oxbow will require you to pass their official referencing process (which includes a standard credit check and income verification confirming you earn at least 2.5x your share of the rent). Rent must be paid strictly on the 1st of every month via standing order.
