Our third roommate is moving out and looking to replace them. The location is ideal with a 20 min walk to city centre also have Cornbrook tram stop nearby.
It is a spacious double room and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and night stand as pictured. We have a spacious living and dining area and a kitchen with your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space.
Rent is £600 a month and bills (council tax, wifi, water and electricity) comes to around £150 a month each.
There are currently 2 of us in the flat. Both young professionals who are a friendly, clean and sociable household who hang out together, play padel and head to the pub so ideally we'd love to find someone who we get along with. Equally we respect each other's personal space and do our own thing.
