Hey! We’re looking for someone to move into our three-bed flat in Manchester city centre from 1st October, as our current flatmate is moving out. The current tenancy runs until the end of April.
The room is a fully furnished double and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The building also has a gym and 24-hour concierge.
Rent is around £650 per month, plus roughly £200 for bills. Council tax is Band D.
We’re both working professionals, aged 24 and 26, and one of us works from home most of the time. We’re both sociable and enjoy a night out, so ideally looking for someone similar.
