Hi, my lovely flatmate is moving out from our apartment and I am looking for someone to take her spot on the tenancy.

The rent is £795
Council Tax is £192 (£96 per person)
WiFi is included in your rent
Electricity and water ~ £72 per person but it really depends.
Total ~ £963 each month

ABOUT THE FLAT
The apartment building is in a central location, 2 minutes walk to Salford central train station, and few minutes walk to other locations like Deansgate, Market street, St Peter’s square etc.

Our apartment is on the 11th floor. It has a nice balcony space (that I sadly barely use as I’m slightly scared of heights 😔). Your room is fully furnished and so is the flat. There is a:

• 24/7 gym in the building
• social space/ lounge
• outdoor terrace that’s nice in the summer and possibly also in fall, if you own a nice rain jacket 🙂‍↕️
• co-working space
• concierge/parcel storage
• parking space (I don’t drive so you’d need to discuss with the letting agent)

I'm a 27-year-old professional working full-time. I work from home sometimes. I'm tidy, and always respectful of shared spaces and would love if you are too.

| love a healthy and friendly, home environment, but I also really respect personal space and boundaries. I'm easy-going, considerate, and always open to good communication to keep things running smoothly.

This is a queer household so please keep this in mind before reaching out. Ideally, I'd love to live with a non-male 25+ year old professional who enjoys a calm, respectful, and CLEAN household.
