Double bed room available in a 2 bedroom flat just outside the city centre.

Looking for a sociable flatmate who’s happy to hang out, chill and easy going. Also appreciate having your own space, I enjoy travelling about and seeing friends so will have the flat to yourself on average one weekend a month or maybe more. I work in the office 5-days a week with the flat being free in the days for wfh.

All bills are included (with wifi), free parking, shared bathroom, living room and also a balcony. Just outside the city centre with St John’s a 5/10 minute walk away and northern quarter 30 minutes away. Easy to drive in and out of Manchester being located on the M602 with quick access to the M60 and M6. Cornbrook and Deansgate tram stops also a 10 minute walk away.
