£800 for the entire stay — all bills included.

The house offers a spacious kitchen, living/dining areas and a large garden. You'll be sharing with a professional couple in a quiet residential home.

Included in the price: Wi-Fi, gas/electricity, water and council tax, plus use of the kitchen and communal areas.

We're looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate who is comfortable with the fixed six-week arrangement.

No long-term contract — the room is strictly available until 14 November.
