Double room in Salford available

Double room available in Salford!
We are Seb and Tom, we have been living together for a year now and are looking for a new person to live in our 3 bedroom house in Salford!
The location is great, near Chapel Street and Salford central station.
The house is 3 storeys, has a very big kitchen and living room area, a back garden and balcony. There js a shared toilet downstairs and a bathroom on the first floor that is shared with Tom.
The room is spacious (fits a king sized bed and more) and is facing the internal courtyard.
You will be sharing with Seb, 27, Italian-British receptionist transitioning into working in schools, and Tom, 24, courier from Manchester area.
We both enjoy cooking, hiking, concerts and just hanging out together.
We are looking for a working professional who is also looking to make this place a home and will spontaneously join us in taking care of the shared spaces. You will be rewarded with a peaceful and welcoming environment.
