Need replacement for my accommodation

Hi, I'm in need for someone to take over my spot in the John Lester building for the university of Salford accommodation. there's no issues with the room, I just have no need for living in accommodation this year as everything I'm doing at uni is online, and I also cant afford it.

The room I'm advertising is the gold tier at this accommodation, and I did line in the same tier last year and it was a lovely space. it comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a spacious desk, and a set of drawers. the flat is shared with three other people with a shared kitchen and bathroom. the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is incredibly spacious for an accommodation.
