My friend will be moving out so I am looking for someone to move in in January.

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom, with gym, cinema room a communal garden and a gated parking space included.

10/15 min walk to deansgate/marketstreet so ideal for someone who works in the city centre.

I am looking for someone to make the flat a home, so looking for more than a flatmate.

I like going out for food and drinks but am also a big fan of nights in.
Would love to spend some time together whilst also respecting each others space.
