Double room with bathroom

I'm looking for a female flatmate to move in to my lovely flat on the 3rd floor! It's a double room available from 18th October, with a large bathroom across the hallway, shared kitchen and living room.

Located in Salford, but very close to the city centre, just a 5/10 minute walk to the shops and Arndale.

The apartment is in the building Anaconda Cut, which has an amazing shared sky lounge on the 43rd floor, a roof terrace on the 17th floor, a cinema room, a gym and a reception area with free coffee (have a look at the building online for more photos!). The flat includes a washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine fridge. Total bills, including water and electricity is usually £60-70 and council tax is £105 a month (Band D).

I am 25 year old working professional who doesn't work from home. I am super sociable and love arts and culture, I spend a lot of time with my friends at the pub or cinema/theatre and love seeing live music. I enjoy chilled nights in cooking and watching films but also love a good trip to the pub or night out! I am looking for a flatmate who is friendly and tidy and looking to live with someone I could build a genuine friendship with.
