Looking for a flatmate to move in around 6th Nov

After living in my current flat for the past two years, I’ve decided to move out, and I’ve recently found a brilliant new place to move into.

The tenancy would start at the beginning of November, and honestly, it’s probably one of the best places I’ve found to live. It’s close to the city centre, yet everything you could need is nearby.

I really like how well-established the community is. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Deansgate and the canal, and there are plenty of modern shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The area feels safe, convenient, and genuinely nice to live.

The property itself is lovely. As soon as you open the door, you get a beautiful view of the balcony and the wide-open outlook beyond it. On a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot to sit out with a coffee or a drink and simply relax.

The bedroom is also a really good size, with plenty of space for a desk, as well as a built-in wardrobe. You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

One of the best parts of the building is the facilities. There’s a swimming pool, sauna, and a gym, all within the building itself.

So, I’m now looking for someone to share this place with me!

A little bit about me: I’m 27 and work full-time in tech, going into the office around three days a week. I really enjoy having a warm, cosy and comfortable home environment. I’m easy-going and generally very easy to get along with. I also like to keep the flat clean and tidy so that it’s always a nice place to come home to.

I’m quite quiet and don’t normally have friends over very often, so I’m not looking for this to be a party flat. That said, I’m definitely happy to have a friendly and sociable relationship with my flatmate.

What I’m looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for someone respectful, considerate, clean and tidy.

It’s important to me to live with someone who takes care of our shared space and helps keep it clean and pleasant most of the time. I’d like us to share responsibility for household chores and be respectful of each other’s routines, schedules and personal space.

Overall, I’m hoping to find someone who wants to have a comfortable, clean and cosy home, and who would enjoy sharing the space together.
