Looking for a flat mate

I’m a 24-year-old working in care/nursing, and I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is a furnished double bedroom. It isn’t en-suite, but you would have your own private toilet, which is just for you.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, but ideally someone I can also get along with and enjoy living with. It would be lovely to find someone with similar interests/hobbies so we can occasionally socialise, whether that’s going out for food/drinks, watching films, having a chat or just doing our own thing.

I work in care/nursing, so my schedule can vary, but I’m friendly and sociable when I’m not working. I’d like the home to feel comfortable and relaxed rather than just being two people who happen to share a house.
