£850 per calendar month.

Rent includes council tax, water, Wi-Fi and electricity, subject to fair usage.

Electricity is subject to a monthly allowance of £115. If the electricity bill exceeds £115 due to usage, the excess will be shared equally between the landlord and tenant. All other included bills are subject to reasonable usage.
