Room available, Mezzanine / Duplex Apartment

Hi hi!

I have a spare room available in my duplex flat on Chapel Street, Salford, around a 15-minute walk into Manchester city centre.

The room comes furnished with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and shelves, so there’s plenty of storage space.

The flat itself is super bright, with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area. It has really cute, cosy vibes and is a lovely space to relax in. There’s also a parking space available!

A little bit about me: I work 9–5 in the office, with the occasional WFH day, so ideally looking for someone with a similar routine. I enjoy going out for drinks or socialising now and again, but I’m equally happy having a chilled night in, so would love to live with someone who’s similar!

The rent is due at the end of each month, so ideally looking for somebody to take over the other half of the contract asap. Either starting and paying at the end of October, or the end of November.
