I have found a 2bed, 2bath apartment at Affinity Living and I am looking for a second flatmate to sign/ start a contract with.
Bills likely to be max £200, including water, electricity and council tax.
Building Amenities include: Concierge, Gym, Cinema Room, Concierge and Cafe in Reception.
I would be keen to move in within the next couple of months, depending on apartment availability with another female of a similar age and shared interests, and preferably be friends rather than flatmates.
