Room for rent central Manchester

My names Myles and I live in a place called Wilburn Basin in manchester (M5 4XP) and I work full time as well as study. So as you can imagine sleep is really important to me so I’m looking for someone who isn’t gonna be blasting music till 3am 😭😭

I’m ideally looking for someone I can get on with on a friendly level as I am prone to sit in the living room binge watch shows and occasionally fall asleep 😭 I also am a very clean person (obsessed with bleach smell clean lmao) so I would love someone who is able to respect that and help with it 🤣

The room I’m trying to find an owner for is a en-suite so it has its own toilet and shower !! The place I live in has its own gym available 24/7 a cinema as well as office spaces which is all free to use !! We have a concierge and live right outside a retail park with a home bargains, boots and Sainsburys so shopping is never something to worry about 😭

The rent is £635 a month and with bills it can be £700-£750 mostly dependant on when I take out the water bill, I’m also really heavy on saving electric so won’t see the apartment looking like Blackpool towers lmaooo
