My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me, ideally from 1st December.

About Me & The Ideal Flatmate:
I work as a video game 3d artist here in the city center. I'm clean, tidy, and work in the office Monday to Friday. I'm looking for someone who is also clean and respectful of each other's spaces, ideally someone who isn't a huge party person and enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment.

I've been living here at The Filaments for three years and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and super helpful with any queries you might have. They also hold a bunch of social events, with the occasional food truck right outside!
