I’m looking for a girl to take over my lovely room in a clean, friendly and peaceful house share with two professional girls in their mid-twenties.

The room has a double bed and its own separate bathroom on the ground floor. The house also has a shared kitchen and lounge, plus a beautiful garden to enjoy. There’s also a lovely cat living in the house 🐈💗

📍 Location:

* Around a 15-minute walk to Manchester city centre
* Lovely coffee shops nearby ☕
* Close to a large Sainsbury’s and other shops
* Located in a nice, quiet area

💷 Rent: £650 per month + bills (approximately £110–£140 per month).

📅 Move-in date: 11th December, but there’s some flexibility - just please message me in case that.

Ideally, looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female professional, preferably in her mid-twenties, but happy to consider someone a little older too. The house has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and it would be great to find someone nice who fits in well!
