Looking for a flatmate-affinity living Manchester

Hey! 😊 I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to either share my current apartment at Affinity Living or team up with me to find a new two-bedroom apartment in Manchester.

I’m 25 and work in compliance at a law firm, mostly from home. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new cafés and restaurants, going for walks, and socialising with friends. I also have a very sweet and friendly cat called Mochi 🐱

I currently live at Affinity Living and really enjoy the building and its facilities, so ideally I’d love to stay here if possible. The building has great amenities, including a gym, concierge, cinema room and communal areas.

The rent for my current apartment is £1,400 per month in total (£700 each), excluding bills. Bills, including council tax, are around £200 per person per month, with Wi-Fi included. Any arrangement would be subject to confirmation with the landlord and letting agent.

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and easygoing who enjoys a friendly home but also respects each other’s space. Ideally, I’d be looking to arrange a new tenancy from January.
