I have a fully furnished room available in my apartment at Vista River Gardens, on the 40th floor, with incredible panoramic views across Manchester. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the sunsets especially amazing, and the views are even better in person!

The room comes with a comfortable double bed and your own private en-suite bathroom. All bills are included in the rent, and a cleaner visits every two weeks, making it an easy and hassle-free place to live.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, with quality furnishings and modern appliances throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, along with all the cookware, utensils and cutlery. There's also a washer dryer included

You'll be sharing the apartment with me. I'm a friendly, outgoing and sociable person who enjoys meeting new people, keeping active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I'm massively into fitness and spend a good amount of my free time training and looking after myself.

I work from home a couple of days a week, so I enjoy having a comfortable and relaxed environment, but I'm also out and about quite a bit. I'm always happy to have a chat, socialise or catch up over a coffee, but I equally appreciate having my own space and think it's important that we both feel comfortable and at home in the apartment.

Ideally, I'd love to live with someone who's on a similar wavelength — friendly, clean, considerate and respectful, who enjoys a nice living environment and takes pride in keeping the place tidy. I'm keen for the apartment to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep, while making sure we both have our own space and privacy.
