I’m relocating to London for work and have a room available for a flexible short stay of 1 to 2 months. It’s in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Potters, New Maker Yards by Get Living, one of Salford’s most popular new developments.

The Room:
Furnished double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and lots of natural light. Bed, wardrobe and storage are all provided, so you can move in with just your suitcase.

The Apartment:
Open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, a balcony, and high-spec interiors. You’d be sharing with one flatmate, a working professional I’ve lived with for two years. He’s friendly, easy to get along with and respectful of shared space. He’s in the office a couple of days a week and tends to stay in his room when he’s home, so the living areas are generally quiet and available to you.

The Building:
Co-working spaces, community lounges and regular resident events. Cafés, bars and canal-side walks are on your doorstep, with good tram and bus links to Manchester city centre and MediaCity.

Rent and terms
£950 pcm, all bills included (Wi-Fi, gas, electric, water and council tax). No extra costs to split.
Available now, minimum 4 weeks, maximum 2 months.
Refundable deposit required, and references requested.
Parking is not included.

Who it suits
A clean, respectful professional or student who needs a hassle-free base, such as someone relocating, between homes, or on a work contract. Sorry, no couples, smokers or pets.
