Hello! I'm Shannon, and l've been living with my wonderful flat mate, Abbie, at Wilburn Basin for the past few months. Due to a change in work circumstances, I am looking to move out at the end of November, and looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy. Move in date: 30th November 2026.

The available room is a spacious, fully furnished, double bed, in a modern and well-maintained flat with canal views. The room comes with a wardrobe and two bed side tables, and has an adjacent private bathroom. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and conveniently located, with all the essential amenities. The apartment has a 24/7 concierge, gym, cinema room, bookable meeting rooms, and retail shopping park across the road. The complex is incredibly located (approx 15 mins from Deansgate walking via the canal).

Referencing checks must be passed, and are completed by the landlord. The room requires a £750 deposit and an additional £50 admin fee to change the tenant name.

I'm ideally looking for a female flatmate who is clean, respectful, and a non-smoker. Someone who appreciates a tidy and peaceful home environment would be a great fit.
