Double Room Available in Wilburn Basin 🏡

Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into our lovely flat in Salford, as my current flatmate is moving out in January.

The Flat & Location -

The flat is in Wilburn Basin, a 15 minute walk from Deansgate. The building includes a concierge service, gym, meeting room spaces and a cinema room!

The double room comes with your own separate bathroom with a bath. The flat is fully furnished including a dishwasher.

Rent & Timings -

The rent is £655 per month, with bills roughly £180–£200 per month, totalling around £835–£855 per month.

My current flatmate is due to move out in January, ideally we’re looking for someone to move in around 10th January, but we’re happy to be a little bit flexible around this.

A little bit about me -

I typically work from home three days a week and in the office two days. There is no desk in the available room, so ideally I am looking for someone who works out of the house a little bit more than me - there are also meeting rooms available to book if needed.

I’m looking for someone who would like to be friends as well as flatmates. I met my current flatmate through SpareRoom and it’s worked out really well - we’ve spent the last few years making the flat a really lovely, cosy space & making use of the cinema room together, so I would love to find someone who wants to continue that!

I’m outgoing and sociable and love coming home after work for a chat, but equally appreciate that we all have days when we just want to chill out.

I love exploring new restaurants and bars in town, going to gigs (I have recently managed to grab Sam Fender tickets) and travelling whenever I get the chance. I’m also always up for going for a drink or a trip to the pub.

I usually spend my weekends exploring bakeries (La Choquette is my fave). I love going to the cinema and sometimes doing something with crafts (my current obsession is paint by numbers). I also enjoy going out on day trips to explore places around Manchester, like Cheshire or the Peaks.

I would like to find someone who is clean and organised as we like to keep the flat this way!
