Hey everyone! 👋

We're looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home! Our current flatmate sadly has to move out, so we're looking for someone to take her place, ideally from 1st December 2026. 🥰

A little bit about us! We're two 28-year-old girls working professionals in the Civil Service and retail. We love socialising, having a laugh and doing things together, but equally enjoy our own space and respect each other's downtime.

We're hoping to find someone who would be more than just a flatmate – someone who's up for the occasional wine and TV night 🍷, having friends over, going out at weekends and generally becoming part of our little household!

A little bit about us individually:

🎧 I'm Natalia, and I'm really into techno and DnB. I love a night out at WHP, Hidden and similar events, but I'm equally happy going for a nice pub drink, visiting bars and restaurants or escaping on little trips abroad! ✈️

🔮 Vanesa is more into tarot readings, fashion and books, and enjoys a bit of a chilled vibe.

🐈‍⬛ And then there's Steven! Our very handsome little black cat who is a big part of the household. He's technically my cat, but we all love and look after him, so it's important that you're comfortable living with a furry little housemate! ❤️

You'll have the biggest bedroom in the flat, which comes with:

Your own en-suite bathroom 🚿

💷 Rent & bills:

Rent: £620 per month

Bills: approximately £100 per month

We're in a really convenient location:

15-minute walk to Deansgate / Spinningfields

11-minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop

5–7-minute walk to the retail park, with a massive Sainsbury's, gym, TK Maxx, Boots and Home Bargains.

We genuinely love our home and would love to find someone friendly, easygoing and considerate who is looking for a nice place to live, good company and hopefully a friendship along the way. ❤️
