Looking for flatmate to split the cost.

Hiya, I been renting a few years alone, and I might be ready to rent half the flat out to a suitable person, I'm not desperate. I'm a British born Pakistani, I'm looking for a Clean, professional, respectful person to rent out half the flat, kitchen and bathroom would be shared but own rooms, I work alot and sleep then I'm back out again. I don't like dirty or messy people sorry. I'm working professional, you would hardly see me I work evenings/nights. All bills included and I would also share the broadband. You would need your own bed and wardrobes. No parking space sorry as I use it. I not long moved in and the place is immaculate everything was clean included carpets.
The room you would have is very Big it's about 6meters by 3 meters. Just want to be able to split the cost with sumone I'm happy to live with who's respectful and clean. I stress im not desperate would have to be suitable person im happy with or else I would stay alone
