Looking for a flatmate – 2-bed flat near MediaCity

Looking for someone to share a two-bedroom flat, close to MediaCity and Manchester city centre. Exchange Quay tram stop is around a 10-minute walk away, with a gym, cinema room and co-working space available in the building.

I'm 29, a mature student studying journalism, and also work part-time at a charity in town. I'm fairly busy, usually out of the house 5–6 days a week, but would like to share with someone who's sociable, considerate and generally easy-going. Ideally looking for someone who's happy to make the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

*A few practical details:*

- I've secured the flat and am due to move in on 18 November, so ideally looking for someone to move in around the same time.
- The flat is minimally furnished, so there's an opportunity for us to furnish/decorate it together. There's no mattress currently, but I'm happy to arrange delivery of one, and equally open to someone bringing some furniture of their own.
- I haven't moved in yet, so unfortunately can't arrange an in-person viewing until then. However, I can share a video of the flat in the meantime.

Ideally looking for another postgraduate student (council tax band D), although that's not essential. More important is finding someone who's relaxed, respectful and a good fit to live with.
