Hello,

After a wonderful one and half years Michael and Zarza (his dog) have decided to move in with his girlfriend so now we have a room available and we are looking for a new flatmate.

Located just 10 minutes’ drive from Manchester City Centre, 5min to Salford University and 5 minutes from the stunning Salford Quays, home to Media City. Very accessible position with bus, metro and motorway access on the doorstep.

> Bus (0.1mile or 1 minute from the front gate) - Number 33 will take you directly into Manchester.
> Metrolink (0.3miles or 5 min walk) - Langworthy Metrolink Station
> Car – quick access to M60 & M602

LOCAL AMENITIES:
Across the road we have a newsagent, selection of takeaways & the local post-office and for supermarkets the closest are Tesco Express & Aldi. Drive a few minutes and you’ll find Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's, Lidl…..the list goes on!

ABOUT ME:
I'm a live-in landlord who works as a screen printer printing mostly t-shirts. I have a studio away from home so I try to spend as much time there as much as I can.

In my free time I enjoy playing on the playstation, snowboarding at the Chillfactore, going/watching the football match on weekends or meeting up with friends. I have a Polish background and being bi-lingual I'm always keen on learning other languages. I don’t watch much TV so the TV is pretty much all yours. I enjoy cooking especially making my own pizza from scratch.

OTHER TENANT:
Jay is very chilled, spends most of his time with his girlfriend. We also enjoy watching and going to football matches, a bit of gaming and cooking together (when he's in).

OTHER INFO:
I'm ideally looking for someone who is chilled and laid back, fun and friendly who wont be locking themselves away in their room all day.

I have lived in this property for 5years before buying it 5 years ago from the landlord who is a good friend of the family. He was very reliable and anything that needs fixing or sorting out he was quick to do so. That being said he installed a brand new boiler, carpets and airflow system before selling the place to me.
With that being said, I like to follow how reliable he is and am quick to fix or sort out any problems.
