Double bedroom in 8th floor Clippers Quay aptmt

Hi there,

I moved into this flat with a friend who is moving on at the end of the tenancy. I really like it here so am looking for somebody to take over his tenancy from Nov 1st 2020.

The room available is a double bedroom and the apartment is on the 8th floor in Tayleur Apartments, Clippers Quay. You'll have the main bathroom to yourself and pay slightly less than half the rent as I have a slightly bigger sized room with an en-suite. The area is really nice and there's a tram stop 2 minutes away which takes you directly into the city within 10 minutes and a Co-op on the ground floor and other shopping centres / restaurants nearby.

There's a gym and some great leisure spaces across the wider development that we have access to for free. Ground floor parking is available but I believe it comes at a cost. Internet is included in rent but all other bills aren't.

I am a 26 year old Civil Engineer and work full time in the city centre. Outside of work I train and go to eat with friends or visit my family. I'm chilled out and tidy, and though I do my own thing most of the time, hope I can find somebody I get along with to share this space.
