Flat close to Media City with a nice sunset view

Sadly, our third flatmate is moving out due to a change in personal circumstances, so we have a double room available.

You’ll be living with me and another full-time professional, Jonathan. We’re both easy-going, respectful and tidy. Jonathan moved in around three years ago, and over that time we’ve become really good friends, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s looking for more than just a room. We’d love to find someone who wants to be part of the home, have the occasional chat or meal together, and hopefully become a good friend too—not just someone filling a spare room.

The room is £450 per month (around £570–£600including bills) and shares a bathroom with me only.

The room is available from 10 August, but we’re quite flexible. Our current flatmate may be able to move out earlier if needed, or stay until 10 September, so if your dates don’t quite line up, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

A little about us – we both work full-time, so the flat is generally quiet during the week. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, hiking, camping, going to the gym, cooking and DJing. I occasionally record a mix at home for an hour or so at the weekend, but nothing too loud. We often cook at home and sometimes share meals together, so if you enjoy cooking that’s a bonus! I also love house music and go to the occasional event or festival.

I stopped drinking over a year ago, so the flat has a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. Jonathan will soon be working away for around three weeks at a time, so you’ll often have the place pretty quiet. We enjoy a laugh, respect each other’s space and like the flat to feel welcoming rather than just somewhere everyone sleeps.

We keep things clean with a simple weekend cleaning rota and everyone cleaning up after themselves during the week. If you’re friendly, considerate and looking for a home with good people rather than just a tenancy, we’d love to hear from you.
