Flatshare at the heart of Media City

Hi, my name is Konstantin and hereby I am presenting you my 2-bedroom flat at the heart of Media City in Salford.

The flat is fully-furnished. It has a kitchen with hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and even a dishwasher. There is a washing machine, too. The flat is well insulated, with energy efficiency rating of B which will be useful in the cold days ahead. The kitchen space extends into a living room which leads to a great view.

If we become flatmates, we will share the same kitchen and living room, however you will have your own bedroom and bathroom.

Your share of the rent would be £642.50 which does not include bills. Bills we will split separately. The council tax band is C.

The area is well-connected to the city by 2 tram stops of 2-3min walking distance each and a bus stop. Nearby, there is a shopping centre, some restaurants and overall a picturesque walking space. There are 2-3 grocery stores in the area, too.

I am a professional and for the most of the week I work from home with the exception of having 1 or at most 2 days per week of work from office. I am clean and tidy and so I want us to keep our flat. I value and respect private space and I want that to be mutual, as well. Among my interests are playing tennis, piano, cooking. I am a curious person, I like nature and good company.
