A bit about us:
My name is Frank. After over a great year living together, Jason (other flatmate) and I are moving out. The remaining flatmate is Dan. He works in sales and enjoys music, board games, and occasional social outings.

About the apartment and building:
Our apartment offers not just a cozy and stylish private room but also an exceptional community atmosphere. The building hosts various events like yoga classes, book clubs, and social gatherings, perfect for connecting with like-minded people. It also features two beautiful rooftop terraces with breathtaking views, a fully equipped gym, a co-working space, a cinema room for movie nights, and a games room for winding down.

The available bedrooms are comfortably spacious, with bespoke fitted wardrobes and a double bed featuring ottoman storage for all your needs. The rooms’ floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view over Media City and the Salford Quays skyline, creating a bright and serene space to unwind.

The rooms are available for £690, with estimated bills currently around £150. However, these costs usually decrease during the warmer summer months.

The apartment:
The flat itself has an open-plan living area with a large corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our modern, fully equipped kitchen includes utility storage, and the stylish bathroom is finished to Eda's high standards.
