Hi! My name's Jake, I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2 bed apartment in Salford Quays.
About the property:
- The room has a double bed and a spacious fitted wardrobe.
- The flat has two bathrooms, one is a dedicated bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower (this would be all yours) and the other is the en-suite in my room.
- The flat has a kitchen/living room with a dishwasher - I like to cook and have a decent amount of equipment I'm happy to share!
- There's also a washer-dryer in the hallway storage space.
- Location-wise, the flat is very close to the Salford Quays tram stop (~25 mins from city centre) and within walking distance of a Tesco Express.
Rent is £550 pcm, bills on top are around £200 (top end estimate, includes TV license/council tax/broadband/water/electricity which varies). Council Tax band is C.
About me:
I'm 26 and work as a software engineer, 2 days a week from home and 3 days in office. I'd describe myself as quite laidback and quiet and would like a flatmate who's similar. On weekends I'm usually off mooching around town, and when I'm home I like to cook and watch films. Every now and then I'll have friends round for food/chill drinks.
It would be great to live with someone I can hang out and be friends with - at the same time I like a good chunk of time to myself so I'm more than happy to leave you to your own devices when it's called for!
LGBT housemate would also be a big bonus but not essential at all.
Room available immediately - please drop me a message if interested 😄
