The apartment boasts of a stunning view with the scenic Quays and Manchester United football ground on one side, and a large park and city skyline on the other. Your room has a view of Ordsall park and the skyline including the Deansgate towers. The building has a concierge and parcel collection service.
The modern apartment has a kitchen which comes with an electric oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, AND a coffee machine! Your bedroom comes with a double bed with mattress, a bedside table, desk and chair and a large wardrobe with a full sized mirror. You have your own private bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all bills included council tax, wifi, gas/electric, water. Total cost including rent, service charge and utility bills is approx £900 per month.
There is no on-site parking but there is paid parking available around the apartment or a few minutes walk from the apartment (there are a few car parks around the area).
I work in healthcare in the NHS however I work from home. I like socialising but also value my time alone and respect others' privacy to do the same.

About you:
I am looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful working professional (female) to share the home with. Preferably above the age of 30 and working outside as I work from home 5 days a week.
A deposit of £900 is required at the start of tenancy. A holding deposit of £50 is required to secure your room – this will be deducted from the first month’s rent. This comes to £950 plus £900 (first month's rent and bills) payable before the start of tenancy - totally £1850

Contract: initially 3 months with possibility of extension
